Follow up

I downloaded eye chart from here to check my eye sight every day since the surgery. Here were the results:

2/1: ~20/100
2/2: ~20/80
2/3: ~20/70-20/50
2/4: ~20/60-20/50
2/5: same
2/6: 20/50-20/40
2/7: 20/50-20/30
2/8: 20/40-20/30
2/9: 20/40-20/26

Beside following doctor's instructions to put in eye drops, I went to Costco/Sam's Club to buy all those multi-vitamin, vitamin C, fish oil, flaxseed oil. I saw somewhere that these might help.

Eye Surgery

Yesterday, 1/31/09, I went to have Lasek surgery with Dr. Alexandra Chebil. It was not the normal Lasik procedure that most people have. Because of my high prescription, she recommends Lasek. It takes longer to recover the vision but safer. The machine operated 62 seconds on my right eye and 66 seconds on my left eye. Up until now, my vision is around 20/100 to 20/120, my vision should be much better on Tuesday when Dr. Chebil removes my protective contact lens.
